Hotel Santiago - Vila Nova

I really enjoyed the hotel facilities: the cozy pool and the lovely rooftop terrace. The staff was always helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. the location was very convenient, close to various restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in the hotel. Two things that we particularly enjoyed were the rooftop terrace, where we spent our evenings enjoying wine and a lovely view, and the delicious breakfast. The hotel's location near the city center and must-see attractions was also a major advantage.

Unfortunately the WIFI did not work well and the TV options were limited. These were the only negative aspects of our stay, and did not detract from the overall enjoyable experience.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location for exploring the city and provides a tasty breakfast with a variety of options. the rooms are comfortable and the staff is accommodating, making for an overall pleasant experience. the pool is a nice amenity for relaxation in the afternoon.

The shuttle service was unreliable and the late check-out fee was unexpectedly high.

The breakfast was plentiful and varied, giving us a great start to the day. Plus, the rooftop pool was a nice spot to relax during the day and had great views of the city. the location was great, right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The room was disappointing. the bedding was old and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning unit was loud and hardly worked.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a safe residential neighborhood, nestled in the heart of the new town center. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and other islands. The staff here goes above and beyond, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable, with a good AC system ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast is a delightful treat, offering a variety of home-baked pastries and breads that will leave you wanting more.

All was in excellent order, absolutely nothing to complain about.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to be helpful. They were attentive and understanding, truly making us feel welcome. Secondly, the hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city. Situated in a safe residential neighborhood, it's conveniently close to the city center and within walking distance of various restaurants and attractions. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, with a good AC system and a comfortable bed. We had a great night's sleep every night.
